i met this guy 4rm a family friend wen i was travelling out of the country ad we started dating i was nt supposed to come bk bt he asked me to, so i came bk he took me to his mum ad elder brother, few months later he went to see my ppl 4rm der we went to der family house ad getting der i met d same elder brother he introduced me to ad he asked him were he was coming 4rm , so he told him he went to see my ppl ad d elder brother started shouting at him why he should go ad sèe my ppl ad i was in d same house with them.after some days we left bk to base and issues started.anytime he goes to see him so we cn start up d marriage plans, he will tell him that his doing his findings.it took him months. ad during dis period the same brothers wife said im too exposed for the brother in_law no matter she never said it to me.it was one of the guys sis dat told me and she told me dat d woman is trying to convince the hubby so we wont get married.but any time she sees me, she comes to gist wit me telling me wat d did to her wen she wnts to marry d hubby.some times she follows me to my car jst to see me off.she is older than i am wt more dan 10 yrs.we went to his brother again the same gist of findings again or something wl come up 4rm his family.wen dey mum was sick sometimes i use to carry her to d hospital.bt i did nt complain.finally we took a date 4 traditional wedding i told him i wnted something small nt a loud thing bcos d jst spent money for der mums medicals.he went to meet his ppl.after some days d called us dat we should change d date dat is nt ok for dam dat we shd atleast add one month to d time we gave dam bcos d dont do small thing in der house.dat d wnted it big. i said ok no problem we started planning we printed cards,pay for venue,told ppl abt it.2 weeks to d day d family members called my guy,i dropped him off ad went for my bizness only to call him to pick him up ad find out why d call him.he told me is nt a fone thing. i drove to d sisters house were he was ad we entered inside d car. i asked him what the said he told me d said i shd change d date dat d cnt meet up.rember i asked for a small wedding ad was told d dont do small things in der house bt February one of der sis did a low key traditional wedding.so he told me he cnt fight anybody bcos of d wedding ad he stands with his family watever d say stands.so i went inside ad called d elder sis and mum. i told them if i change it till next month, bcos of d way nig is right now nothing wl happen so we shld leave it till d end of d yr.i was pained. my mum has changed her flight bcos of dis.he already made his dress our both male families members has gotten der outfit too.we went home ad i called my family members told dam d out come i was so bittered dat i said to my sis dat i cnt marry a man who cant protect me 4rm his family.a man who cnt fight to defend us.aft dat my ppl called him ad my elder bros asked him to go ad pray dat his nt ready now.my elder bros stands as my dad no matter my guy is older than him.my guy said i humiliated him by telling my ppl i cnt marry a man dat cnt protect me ad dat i said it infront of him.bcos i called his friends wen all dat happens to talk to him,he said im nt supposed to call his friends he even warned me never to speak to anybody if we have issue.he said im nt humble, i started planning to leave d country again.wen d new i was ready to travel der mum called me dat i hop if im asked to come bk 4 d wedding i wil.i said yes ad i left 4 d US.now 2 weeks dat i left he told me dat we cnt do video calls dat he does nt have all d luxury for that i understood all dat.bt wt time we stoped voice calls bcos his always saying his nt wt his ear fone. now we only chat. ad d chatting is 30% now. shd i continue or still keep calm bcos i dnt understand if im in or out bcos some of d sisters calls me even wen d call i do speak to dey mum bt him no way.im really confuse now. plsss advise a friend with love
